1. About these terms
RevieWatches (reviewatches.com) is an independent website run by one person. The site is operated by Avyerinos Kattopatis, Cyprus. Contact: [email protected].
These terms apply when you use reviewatches.com (the "Site"). Nothing in them limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
2. Using the Site
You may read and share links to the Site for personal use. You agree not to:
- copy or republish our articles, in whole or in substantial part, without written permission. Short quotes with a link back are welcome;
- scrape the Site in bulk or use its content to train AI models. Normal indexing by search engines is welcome;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site;
- use the Site for anything unlawful.
3. Copyright and trademarks
The text, graphics and site design are the copyright of RevieWatches. Photos are licensed stock images and belong to their photographers, who are credited under each image; graphics marked "RevieWatches graphic" are our own. Watch brand names, model names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to identify the products we write about, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
4. Nature of our content
The Site is informational. Our articles summarise and explain publicly available information about watches: manufacturer specifications, prices, published reviews by other outlets and owner feedback, as described in our Editorial Policy. We do not test or review watches ourselves, and unless an article says otherwise we have not handled the watch. Any opinions expressed are the personal views of the author, based on that research.
RevieWatches is written by a watch enthusiast, not by professional journalists, watchmakers, gemologists or financial advisers. Nothing on the Site is professional, buying, financial or investment advice. Comments about quality, value or resale prices are general information, not a recommendation to buy or sell.
Specifications, prices, policies and availability change, and despite our checks an article may contain errors or become out of date. Always confirm important details with the manufacturer, the seller or an independent professional before you buy. Articles about retailers and brands describe publicly available information on the date stated in the article; they are not an accusation or endorsement.
If you believe something we have published is inaccurate or unfair, email us and we will review it promptly and correct or remove it where appropriate.
5. Third-party links and ads
The Site contains links to other websites and ads served by Google. We do not control those sites or ads and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and that seller.
6. Liability
The Site is provided free of charge and "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content, from purchases made with third parties, or from the Site being unavailable. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
