If you have found a watch at a low price on watchaces.com and want to know whether the store is legit, the short answer is that Watch Aces is a real, registered US business with mostly positive customer reviews. Before you buy, though, there are two things to know: the store does not say it is an authorised retailer for the brands it sells, and the one-year warranty it offers is its own, not the manufacturer's. This article sets out what we found when we checked the store's policies and reviews on 30 October 2026.

At a glance

  • Who runs it: Lent Lily LLC, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Selling online since 2017.
  • What it sells: fashion and mid-range brands such as Michael Kors, Fossil, Citizen, Tissot, Movado, Hugo Boss and Tommy Hilfiger.
  • Trustpilot: 4.1 out of 5 from 192 reviews; 77% five star, 12% one star.
  • Authorised retailer? Not stated on its About page.
  • Warranty: one year from Watch Aces itself, registration required.
  • Returns: 60 days for unused watches; you usually pay return shipping.

Who Is Behind Watch Aces

The site's footer names Lent Lily LLC at 780 Lynnhaven Parkway, Suite 400, Virginia Beach, VA 23452, the same business name shown on the Watch Aces seller page at Walmart Marketplace. The site says it has been selling since 2017. In a March 2026 press release, the company's CEO, Murat Balci, said it began with five brands sold "out of our garage" in 2017 and has grown to 16. The company works online only, shipping from its own headquarters rather than running shops.

A named company, a real address and several years of history are good signs. They do not, on their own, tell you where the watches come from or what warranty applies.

Is It an Authorised Retailer?

The homepage says watches are "100% authentic" and "sourced from authorized dealers and trusted suppliers". The About page promises "guaranteed authentic" watches but does not say Watch Aces is an authorised retailer for any brand.

This matters mainly for the warranty. Many brands only honour their own warranty for watches bought from their authorised retailers. Tissot, for example, says its two-year warranty covers watches bought from an authorised retailer, with a warranty card filled in by the point of sale. A watch from a store outside a brand's network can be completely genuine and still not be covered by the brand.

How to check: before buying, look for the store on the brand's own retailer locator, or ask the brand's customer service whether a watch bought from Watch Aces will be covered.

The Watch Aces Warranty

According to its warranty page, Watch Aces, in partnership with Lent Lily LLC, gives a one-year warranty from the date of purchase and will "repair or replace the product at our discretion". You have to register the warranty using its form.

  • Covered: manufacturing defects and the movement, including watches that gain or lose time.
  • Not covered: damage to the case, crystal, bracelet or strap, bezel, crown and clasp; water or moisture damage; lost stones; and any watch serviced by a third party, which voids the warranty.

That is narrower than a typical manufacturer's warranty in one respect: a third-party service, even a simple battery change at a local jeweller, ends the cover.

Returns and Shipping

  • Window: 60 days from delivery for US and Canadian orders, with prior authorisation. An authorisation is valid for 14 days.
  • Condition: unused, with all tags, packaging, cards and every bracelet link.
  • Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item was wrong, damaged in transit or defective. US customers can use an optional prepaid label for $10, deducted from the refund.
  • Refund timing: processed within 3 business days of inspection, typically 8 to 13 business days in total.
  • Final sale: engraved watches, gift boxes and clearance items bought with the CLEARANCE30 code. Defects on clearance items must be reported within 7 days.
  • Shipping: free on every order.

What Customers Say

On Trustpilot, Watch Aces has a TrustScore of 4.1 out of 5 from 192 reviews, 73 of them in the past 12 months. The company has claimed its profile and invites customers to leave reviews, which tends to raise scores. Trustpilot does not verify the content of reviews.

Common praise: low prices, fast shipping, good packaging, and watches that reviewers say look better in person than in the photos.

Common complaints (12% of reviews are one star):

  • Watches arriving with faults, such as a loose minute hand (July 2026) or a watch that stopped keeping time (autumn 2026).
  • One reviewer said they received a different watch from the one ordered (October 2026).
  • One reviewer said their watch was scratched during a repair, though they were offered a replacement (November 2025).
  • Several reviewers found the company hard to reach by phone. Trustpilot shows it has replied to 13% of negative reviews, usually after more than a month.

On Walmart Marketplace, where Watch Aces also sells, its seller ratings sit at around 4.3 to 4.4 out of 5, from a much smaller number of reviews. We did not find a Better Business Bureau profile for Watch Aces or Lent Lily LLC.

So, Is Watch Aces Legit?

Based on what is publicly available, Watch Aces looks like a genuine online business rather than a scam site: it has a named company and address, years of trading, a written warranty and return policy, and mostly positive reviews from real buyers. The risks are the usual ones for a discount store outside the brands' networks:

  • The brand's own warranty may not apply, so you rely on the store's one-year warranty.
  • If something goes wrong, a minority of reviewers report slow responses.
  • Returns cost you the shipping unless the watch is faulty.

For a fashion watch where the saving is large and the warranty matters less, those trade-offs may be acceptable. For a more expensive watch, such as a Tissot or Movado, compare the price with an authorised retailer and decide whether the saving is worth giving up the brand warranty.

Checklist Before Buying From Any Online Watch Store

  • Find the company name and address, and check it matches other listings.
  • Check the brand's retailer locator to see whether the store is authorised.
  • Read who provides the warranty and what voids it.
  • Read the return policy, including who pays return shipping.
  • Read the one-star and two-star reviews, not just the score.
  • Pay by credit card or PayPal, which give you a way to dispute a charge.
